1. Service Overview Fatimaanagencell LLC offers recurring personal shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery services designed to provide clients with convenience, flexibility, and personalized assistance. Our services may include in-store shopping, order collection, and delivery from a wide range of retailers and local businesses within a five-mile radius of the UCLA campus ZIP code area. Eligible businesses may include luxury retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Chanel, grocery stores such as Trader Joe’s, technology retailers, restaurants, and any other local businesses our customers may prefer receiving delivery from. Clients may submit shopping lists and request personalized shopping and delivery assistance based on their individual needs and preferred suppliers, subject to service availability and applicable restrictions. 2. Recurring Delivery Options A. Weekend Priority Clients Proposed schedule: Saturdays and Sundays. B. Weekly Recurring Delivery Orders Proposed service days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our clientele may include established individual clients, UCLA students, local residents, busy professionals, older adults, corporate clients, and residential care facilities, subject to their specific service requirements. 3. Monthly Recurring Delivery Options Fatimaanagencell LLC may introduce recurring delivery options at checkout, allowing eligible clients to select a preferred service schedule. Some of our Unlimited Daily Shopping Terms are as follows: Clients are permitted to request multiple trips within the same day, directly through their assigned assistant’s booking calendar without an additional service charge. Under the proposed monthly recurring delivery option, clients may be eligible to request up to **50 items per trip at no additional service charge**. All requests must comply with the designated service area, scheduling requirements, and applicable service policies. 4. Personalized Round-Trip Assistant Benefit Clients who enroll in a monthly recurring delivery service may have the option to work with an assigned personal shopping and delivery assistant for round-trip errands and multiple delivery requests. Eligible clients may select their preferred retailers, restaurants, grocery stores, technology shops, and other local businesses, within 5 miles of UCLA.
