Shopping and delivery for UCLA and non-UCLA eligible residents (up to 1h 30 min delivery window)
Service Description
Our Exclusive Personal Delivery Service has been established to assist individuals who may be unable to shop in person, including individuals with disabilities or those experiencing other medical and non-medical circumstances that may prevent or inconvenience them from shopping in-store. Furthermore, additional early delivery options are intended to provide eligible customers with greater convenience and flexibility during the early morning hours. Please note that alcohol delivery and medications’ delivery are excluded from this service. Our Exclusive Personal Delivery Service is solely reserved to individuals affiliated with UCLA and/or individuals residing within the 90024 ZIP code in Westwood, California. Individuals who are not affiliated with UCLA and who may or may not reside within the 90024 ZIP code may first contact a roundtrip assistant at fatimaanagencelltrips@gmail.com to request an administrative waiver. Approved waivers will remain valid for the current academic semester. Our Exclusive Delivery Service currently provides grocery delivery services from: Trader Joe’s (1000 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024: Deliveries Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Please be advised that Initiation in the Trader Joe’s Exclusive Delivery Service may require the submission of a Trader Joe’s shopping list (obtainable via the following link: https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/category/products-2). Our Exclusive Delivery Service currently offers additional early-morning delivery services from the following locations: Starbucks (10955 Weyburn Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024: Delivery Hours: 4:30 AM–7:30 AM); and Ralphs (10861 Weyburn Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024: Delivery Hours: 5:00 AM–7:30 AM). Please be advised that participation in the Trader Joe's, Starbucks’ or Ralphs’ Exclusive Delivery Service may require the submission of an electronic copy of a shopping list and signature of an applicable service waiver. All waivers may include provisions releasing Fatimaanagencell LLC from liability for certain incidents, damages, or circumstances arising in connection with the delivery services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please note that delivery fees must be paid exclusively through the Fatimaanagencell LLC website. The cost of the requested products must be remitted separately through the official Fatimaanagencell LLC PayPal account through the Round assistant’s paypal request.

This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our calendar and may help you avoid incurring a $24 cancellation or rescheduling fee. Please also note that our services are non-refundable.
